To scale everything is the must for every company.

Working every day with my teams, I came to the conclusion that we need to scale the unscalable. To scale is a great thing, for sure, but too many times we miss an important factor in doing so: creativity.

Best ideas I see are coming out from a person who doesn’t give a damn about scalability. Scalability kills the fact of being free with new ideas. Scalability kills the chance to risk and fail to do better next time. 

I’m not saying that scalability is wrong. But scaling the unscalable is something we forget to do.

Push yourself and the people working with you. And don’t be afraid of the unknown.
